Full strip and relate of this listed building within a conservation area. Existing slates were removed and replaced with New Burlington Blue Grey slate laid in diminished courses with a close mitre hip detail and the semicircular roof to the rear elevation. All lead work replaced during the restoration work and new gutter fitted to match existing.
This roof was a finalist of the 2024 NFRC Scottish Awards.
